Georges de Bourguignon
Co-founder and Chairman
Georges de Bourguignon is co-founder and Chairman of Asset Chile S.A. and Asset Administradora General de Fondos. He was professor of economics at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, is co-founder of the Harvard Club of Chile, and served as a member of the Harvard Business School Alumni Association Board, an advisory group to the Dean of Harvard Business School. Prior to co-founding Asset, Georges was Managing Director at Citibank S.A. in Chile.
He also currently serves as Chairman of Vivo SpA, board member of the Tánica Group, and is a board member of various publicly listed companies, including Embotelladora Andina S.A., the largest Coca-Cola bottler in South America; SQM S.A., the world’s largest iodine and lithium producer; and Fepasa S.A.
Georges holds a degree in Economics from the School of Economics of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Jean Paul de Bourguignon
Co-founder and business director
Jean Paul de Bourguignon is co-founder and business director at Asset since 1996. He is a board member of Asset Administradora General de Fondos S. A. and of Foresta Administradora de Fondos de Inversión S.A., both subsidiaries of Asset. He has been involved in advisories related to mergers and acquisitions in the mining and industrial sectors. Between 1984 and 1987, Jean Paul worked for Gillette Company in Boston, Massachusetts. From 1987 until 1990, he worked for Ladeco Airlines, as vice president of the Cargo Division. In 1991 Jean Paul founded Icarus Aviation, an independent company dedicated to aircraft brokerage in the Latin-American region. This company was leader in complementing aircraft cargo fleets between 1991 and 1995.
Jean Paul holds a degree in Economics from the Pontificia Universidad Católica.

Felipe Swett
Director
Felipe Swett is CEO at Asset Administradora General de Fondos. Felipe worked in Asset Chile between 2003 and 2011, and as a member of the corporate finance team was involved in different financings, mergers and acquisitions in the mining, industrial and forestry industries in Chile, Perú y Brazil. Felipe leads the asset management team of Asset since 2011, and has participated in the structuring and placement of all its funds, including the firs public forestry investment funds of Latin America, the first Chilean fund dedicated to invest in residential real estate assets for rent (multifamily), and funds for foreign investors in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Felipe is currently a board member of VivoCorp.
Felipe holds a degree in Industrial Civil Engineering with a Diploma in Environmental engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and holds an MBA degree from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern, United States. He is currently a professor of ESE Business School.
