Gonzalo Fanjul
Chief Executive Officer
​
Gonzalo Fanjul is CEO at Asset. He is a board member of Asset Administradora General de Fondos S. A., an Asset Chile related company. Gonzalo joined Asset in 2004 as project manager and since then he has been involved in transactions related to structured financing and M&A for clients in the mining, power generation and transmission, industrial and forestry sectors. Before joining Asset, Gonzalo worked as chief of financial planning and research at Celulosa Arauco y Constitución S.A.
Gonzalo is professor of Valuation at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile Business School. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the same university and an MBA from the Stern School of Business, New York University.
Jaime Guzmán
VP Corporate Finance

Jaime Guzmán is VP Corporate Finance at Asset Chile. Jaime joined our firm in 2003 and has been involved in different M&A and structured finance transactions in several industries, with focus in advising clients in the mining and metals, services, telecom, power & energy, industrial and infrastructure spaces. Jaime also served as Asset’s CFO up until his graduate studies.

Jaime is a professor of Mergers & Acquisitions at the Universidad de Los Andes Business School. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering with a Diploma in Hydraulics Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a MBA from Columbia Business School.
Eduardo Soler
VP Corporate Finance

Eduardo Soler is VP Corporate Finance at ASSET Chile. Eduardo joined ASSET Chile in 2020, and since then he has been involved in different M&A transactions, valuations, restructurings and strategic advisories such as LATAM’s Chaper 11 process, the negotiation of several PPAs of renewable energy for CODELCO, the restructuring of the Sencorp Group, Invercap’s divestment from its energy generation business, a strategic advisory for CODELCO regarding its subsidiary Molyb, the sale of a minority stake in Puerto Coronel, and many others.

Eduardo holds a degree in Business Administration from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, where he graduated with one distinction vote.
Antonio Zunino
VP Corporate Finance

Antonio Zunino is VP Corporate Finance at ASSET Chile. Antonio joined ASSET in 2020, and since then he has been involved in different M&A transactions, financial restructurings and strategic advisories in the agriculture, energy, infrastructure, insurance, mining, real estate and waste management industries. Among other advisories, Antonio participated in the financial restructurings of VivoCorp and Empresas Sencorp, both in the context of Judicial Reorganization Bankruptcy Proceedings, in the fairness opinion to a waste management company in the context of a capital increase, and in the acquisition of a multipurpose port by a private equity company.
Antonio holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad de Chile, where he graduated with honors.​
Joaquín Salazar
Associate

Joaquín Salazar is an Associate at ASSET Chile and a member of the corporate finance team. Joaquín joined ASSET in 2023, and since then has been involved in different M&A transactions, restructurings, valuations, and strategic advisories in industries such as mining, energy, infrastructure, gaming, and fishing. Among other advisories, Joaquín has participated in multiple processes related to desalination plants and water impulsion systems for, among others, Codelco, BHP, Rio Tinto, and Aguas CAP, the restructuring of Enjoy, the liquidation proceeding of Parque María Elena Solar S.A., the sale of a minority stake in Puerto Angamos, and many others.
Joaquín holds a degree in Business Administration from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, where he graduated with a vote of distinction.
Eugenio Mattmann
Associate

Eugenio Mattmann is an Associate at ASSET Chile and a member of the corporate finance team. Eugenio joined ASSET in 2023, and since then he has been involved in different M&A transactions and strategic advisories in industries such as mining, energy and infrastructure. Prior to working at ASSET, Eugenio worked as a part time Investment Analyst at Compass Group, and then as an Investment Banking Intern at Banchile Citi Global Markets.

Eugenio holds a degree in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Finance, both from Universidad Adolfo Ibañez.
Mónica Morales

Mónica Morales is an Analyst at ASSET Chile and a member of the corporate finance team. Mónica joined ASSET in 2024, and since then she has been involved in different M&A transactions and strategic advisories in industries such as mining, energy and infrastructure.

Benjamín Zuloaga
Analyst

Benjamín Zuloaga is an Analyst at ASSET Chile and a member of the corporate finance team. Benjamín joined ASSET in 2024, and since then he has been involved in different M&A transactions and strategic advisories in industries such as mining, energy and infrastructure. Prior to working at ASSET, Benjamín worked as a part time Investment Analyst at Inversiones Petrohue S.A. and completed his internship at Stars Investments Management Co.
Benjamín holds a degree in Business Administration and Master of Science in Finance, both from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, where he graduated with two votes of distinction.
Martina Jáuregui
Analyst
​Martina Jáuregui is an Analyst at ASSET Chile and a member of the corporate finance team. Since joining in 2024, she has actively contributed to M&A operations and strategic advisory projects, focusing on key sectors such as mining, energy, and infrastructure. Prior to joining ASSET, Martina worked as an international funds analyst at Fynsa Administradora General de Fondos.
Martina holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Chile, where she graduated with highest honors.
Isidora Ugarte

Isidora joined ASSET in 2025, and since then she has been involved in different M&A transactions and strategic advisories in industries such as mining, energy and infrastructure.
